At GOO GOO Hair, we want you to love your new look; if you are not completely satisfied, we offer a 30-day return policy for items in their original, unopened condition. To maintain hygiene standards, hair extensions must be returned with the security seal intact and in the original packaging.

Return Process

  Contact our customer support team at [email protected] with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Authorization.

  Prepare Your Package

  Ensure the hair extensions are unused and still attached to the original cardboard; place them securely in the original box along with your invoice.

  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided shipping label or use a trackable shipping service to send your package back to our designated fulfillment center.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects and approves the returned items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
